The Catholic Land Movement is hosting their National Annual Conference in Greensburg, Indiana this August. Speakers include Dale Ahlquist, Jason M. Craig, and our very own Joel Peddle, who will be speaking on Practical Advice for forming Catholic parallel economies and a Catholic Defense of Private Property.
Homesteading Festival
During the late spring, we host a homesteader festival. Personages from all over the southeast converged to share skills, knowledge, craft, experience, art, talent and stories. They build plans, create opportunities, and further a mission.
The Third Annual Homesteading Festival was a success. From booths featuring blacksmithing, canning, etc. to members of all ages showing up to express interest in living an agrarian, humble, stay good life, merriment was found throughout the grounds.
