Hugelkultur is a German born technique for improving the quality of your soil. By burying logs underneath a heap of soil, you are able to generate an incredible quality off soil, with the help of decomposition. Overtime, the logs are broken down and the fertilizer is regenerated without tilling or fertilizers. Compost can be added during the process and edible plants grown and harvested season to season.
