How It Works

Mosquitos locate victims by searching for body heat and skin odors. Upon lighting a mosquito repellant, repellent oils interfere with a mosquito's sense receptors. Confused and repelled by the mixture of smoke and natural oils, they cease their usual behavior of landing on mammals and drawing blood, thanks to the use of the Homesteader's Mosquito Repellant. Our repellant makes it difficult for them to navigate or detect the carbon dioxide and lactic acid humans exhale. 

How to Use

1. Place the vessel on a flat stable surface. Tests confirm our vessels do not overheat or damage furniture
2. Light beeswax wick
3. Allow a steady burn to establish
4. Position near seating or activity area for best effect
5. For extended use, be sure to place provided lid over the top to reuse our product.
